This year, the online registration and abstract submissions processes are merged by creating 1 user account for multiple purposes.

You do not have to submit an abstract to register for the conference.

Meeting Assistant: Online Conference Planner

Once you are registered for the conference, you will be able to plan your own conference agenda, using the meeting assistant. The meeting assistant allows you to plan your daily conference agenda as well as view the conference in detail.

Letters of Invitation & US Visas

There are many different requirements to obtain a Visa to enter the U.S. or other countries. Some embassies may request a conference attendee to present a letter from the WCPG Conference to verify their intentions to attend that specific conference. It is also necessary to verify that the requester has paid the registration fee in full.

To Qualify for Membership Category:

To Qualify for Membership Category, you must have become a member of ISPG membership before May 1, 2005. For more info in ISPG, please visit the ISPG website at www.ispg.net.

To qualify for Student Registration (Member or Non-Member):

Graduate Students, Postdoctoral Fellows and Clinical Trainees are eligible for the student category of registration, either member and non-member. At the time of your conference registration, you must submit a one-page curriculum vitae and a letter of support from your supervisor.

To Qualify for Student Membership Category:

To Qualify for Student Membership Category, you will need to become an ISPG member before May 1, 2005. For more info in ISPG, please visit the ISPG website at www.ispg.net.

Cancellation / Refunds

• The Conference Organizer must receive notification of all cancellations in writing.
• Cancellations received on or before July 25, 2005 will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee
• Cancellations received between July 26, 2005 and September 1, 2005 inclusive will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• No refunds after September 1, 2005
• The organizers reserve the right to alter any of the arrangements for this conference, including cancellation of the event should unforeseen circumstances require such action.
• The organizers, along with the WCPG 2005 Programme Chairman and Committee, accept no responsibility for resulting costs and inconvenience to delegates who are advised to have their own travel insurance in place.
• All details provided by the registrant will be included in a list of conference delegates for official use by the conference organizers.
