EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Exhibitors (3 Available) $4250 each
Installation on Friday, October 14th in the afternoon.
Exhibit Hours available during Meeting Hours, Saturday, October
15th until noon on Tuesday, October 17th.
The limited exhibitor areas is located on America's Ballroom Foyer
Level outside of the Plenary Session Ballroom, where the daily morning
arrival break will be offered before the plenary sessions. Each
exhibitor area will consist of an 8' x 10' area and the area includes:
- 1 skirted table
- 1 easel
- 2 chairs
- Exhibitors may bring in their own materials and booth set up
if it is contained within the 8 x 10 area.
- Exhibitors are responsible for any electrical, labor, shipping,
delivery, drayage, box/freight charges and other hotel charges
related to the booth set up.
- Exhibitors must register for the conference. Exhibitors will
receive a special exhibitor rate (50% off the non-member rate
at the time of registration) for up to (2) attendees.
WCPG BOOKSTORE
Participants (5 Available) $1000 each
Installation on Friday, October 14th in the afternoon.
Exhibit Hours available during Meeting Hours, Saturday, October
15th until noon on Tuesday, October 17th.
The Bookstore area will be located outside of the Essex Ballroom
area where posters will be displayed throughout the conference.
- All bookstore participants must be qualified as publishers.
- Shared Bookstore Area allowing attendees to browse the bookstore.
- 1 Shelving Unit for Publications and Materials
- Publishers must supply minimum of 2 copies of each book for
the bookstore, for browsing.
- Shared Advertising : 1 Page of Conference Publication with
all Participants
- Attended by WCPG 2005 Volunteers
- Bookstore participants ship or bring their materials to the
Westin.
- Volunteers will set up the area in accordance with instructions
sent by the bookstore participant.
- Volunteers will distribute and collect order forms provided
by the bookstore participant.
- Volunteers will not collect funds on site; order forms will
be returned.
- The WCPG is not responsible for the shipping and return of
browsing materials provided to the bookstore.
ADDITIONAL
- Each publisher can have up to 1 attendee, at the exhibitor
rate.
- The exhibitor rate is 1/2 of the registration fee at the time
of registration (full or late)
